The Roundtown team transformed the former Fayetteville City Hall into 240 Glynn Street. 240 Glynn Street is a comprehensive redevelopment and adaptive re-use project that provides value to the downtown district of Fayetteville through collaborative workspace for new businesses and entrepreneurs while restoring and enhancing the existing property. 240 Glynn Street features a coffee and roasting cafe, charcuterie concept, wine bar, pottery studio, local-curated market, community and event space, and more.
